If AILM + OAK needs to cancel a retreat, an alternative date, credit or refund may be offered.

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically and medically fit to attend. Retreat activities may include movement, exercise, wellness practices, outdoor activities or educational sessions. By attending, you acknowledge participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.

AILM + OAK Wellness Retreat does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment or emergency healthcare unless explicitly stated as part of a specific programme. Any wellness guidance, education or recommendations provided during the retreat are for general wellbeing purposes and should not replace advice from your doctor or healthcare professional.

Participants must disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies, dietary requirements or accessibility needs in advance so reasonable accommodations can be considered.

AILM + OAK accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, damage to personal belongings, travel disruption, or circumstances outside its reasonable control, including weather events, transport issues or force majeure events.

Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, facilitators, other guests and the property. AILM + OAK reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe or inappropriate, without refund where appropriate.

Photography or video may occasionally be taken for promotional purposes. Consent will be requested where required, and participants may opt out of identifiable content.

Personal information provided during booking will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the AILM + OAK Privacy Policy.

By attending a retreat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

What to Include in the T&C Document

Generally speaking, T&C often address these types of issues: Who is allowed to use the website; the possible payment methods; a declaration that the website owner may change his or her offering in the future; the types of warranties the website owner gives his or her customers; a reference to issues of intellectual property or copyrights, where relevant; the website owner’s right to suspend or cancel a member’s account; and much, much more.
