Competition Terms & Conditions
This competition is run by AILM + OAK Wellness Retreat. Entry is open to residents of Ireland aged 18 years or over. Employees of AILM + OAK, their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
To enter, participants must complete the official competition entry form, follow us on one social media platform, tag 3 friends/colleagues, tell us why you or someone belonging to you deserves this retreat and submit their details before the closing date. The competition closes at 11:59pm on 22/8/2026. Entries received after this time will not be included.
One winner will win a spot at our upcoming retreat on September 22nd 2026. No cash alternative is available. The prize is non-transferable and may be substituted with an item of equal or greater value if necessary.
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the closing date. The winner will be contacted using the email address provided on entry. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, AILM + OAK reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
Personal data supplied during this competition will be used solely for the administration of the competition and contacting the winner, unless you have separately opted in to receive marketing communications. Choosing to receive updates, retreat news or future offers is optional and is not a condition of entry.
By entering this competition, participants are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions. AILM + OAK reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Terms & Conditions - The Basics
Terms & Conditions
By booking a retreat with AILM + OAK Wellness Retreat, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once payment or deposit has been received. Retreat places may be limited and early booking is recommended.
Retreat programmes, schedules, activities, facilitators and accommodation details may be subject to change where necessary. AILM + OAK reserves the right to make reasonable amendments to the retreat itinerary at any time.
Payments made for retreats may be non-refundable or subject to cancellation terms advised at the time of booking. Where a participant cancels their booking, any refund offered will be at the discretion of AILM + OAK and subject to notice provided and costs already incurred. If AILM + OAK needs to cancel a retreat, an alternative date, credit or refund may be offered.
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically and medically fit to attend. Retreat activities may include movement, exercise, wellness practices, outdoor activities or educational sessions. By attending, you acknowledge participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.
AILM + OAK Wellness Retreat does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment or emergency healthcare unless explicitly stated as part of a specific programme. Any wellness guidance, education or recommendations provided during the retreat are for general wellbeing purposes and should not replace advice or treatment from your doctor or healthcare professional and does not replace professional advice from your specalist. Please note that AILM + OAK is a wellness retreat and does not operate as a mental health facility. To ensure our retreat is the right fit for your needs, all participants go through a pre-arrival screening process during the assessment stage. We reserve the right to decline admission if the retreat is not suited to an individual's requirements. Following your assessment, your screening results will be shared directly with you and your doctor. Please be advised that arranging and managing any ongoing follow-up care remains your responsibility and is not provided by AILM + OAK.
Participants must disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies, dietary requirements or accessibility needs in advance so reasonable accommodations can be considered. Ailm + Oak hold no liability for a clients long term care, medication management or medical follow up. Clients can be denied access and can be asked to leave the retreat they are deemed unsafe, unfit or unsuitable for the retreat.
Clients must adhere to company policies especially on no substance misuse & respectful behaviour towards staff, other guests and property.
AILM + OAK accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, damage to personal belongings, travel disruption, or circumstances outside its reasonable control, including weather events, transport issues or force majeure events.
Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, facilitators, other guests and the property. AILM + OAK reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe or inappropriate, without refund where appropriate.
Please note that AILM + OAK is a wellness retreat and does not operate as a mental health facility. By attending a retreat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

AILM + OAK Additional Terms & Conditions
Health, Safety & Medical Disclosures
All Attendees should be over the age of 18 years old. No pets are allowed. Attendees must disclose pre existing injuries, condition including pregnancy or dietary requirements. A pre assessment is required to confirm each person is physically and mentally fit to participate in the health retreat. Some clients, depending on their conditions, maybe asked for formal doctors permission to take part in the programme. Wellbeing programs, talks and retreats are educational and supportive. They are not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care and treatment. All elements of the retreat are 100% voluntary. All guests must assume there is a small element of risk taking part in a retreat and that they take full responsibility for their own decision to take part. Guests cannot transfer the booking to someone else without permission. No naked flames are allowed anywhere on the property. There is a designated smoking/vaping area and guests cannot smoke anywhere else on the property.
Code of Conduct
Ailm + Oak reserve the right to dismiss or remove any participants whose behaviour disrupts the programme or violates the safety of others. We actively encourage a positive relaxing atmosphere for our clients. Each guest will have to provide a credit card number. Guests are liable for any damage caused to the property &/or its contents if abused misused or stolen. Staff will have access to the rooms during your stay for cleaning and maintenance. Guests must be aware of others need for quiet refraining from loud talking or disturbances especially past 9pm at night.
Intellectual Property & Media
All programme material, workbooks and presentations remain Ailm + Oaks intellectual property. Photographs & videos maybe occasionally taken but with guests consent.
Booking & Payments
Provided you give 14 days notice you may cancel your booking minus a deposit of €300. All communication must be made in writing by email and have a confirmation of cancellation for it to be valid. A credit card is held on account and paid in full for additional services at the time of check in or payments for any additional services must be complete before check out. All prices are in euros and all payments must be made via the website or using online card payments. If your prefer to make a bank transfer please contact us by email.
To confirm your Booking
The booking must be paid in full or alternatively through an option of our Klarna payment plan in installments
Once payment is received confirmation of your booking will be sent to you and one of our staff members will be in touch with you. For the Health retreat- a full itinerary will be sent to you.
Corporate Invoicing- Health & Wellbeing Programs & Talks
Booking Deposit: All programmes and talks require a 50 % booking deposit
Invoices must be paid in full 30 days before the event
Late booking require 100% upfront payment
Cancellation: Clients forfeit the initial non refundable deposit with 60 days notice.
20 to 60 days notice- Clients are liable for 45% of the agreed total
Less than 30 Days Notice: Client are liable for 100% of the total contract value
Rescheduling: We allow a one time rescheduling window for talks and workplace/school programmes up to 45 days before the vent subject to a 10% administration fee.
Once the content & payment contract with a full break down agreed, a Purchase Order Number & Vendor set up form will be requested. Once this is complete & payment terms and conditions are adhered to a confirmation email of the event will be sent to the company booking the event. The booking is not fully confirmed until these conditions are followed.
Invoicing will detail the minimum and maximum number of attendees. Final numbers must be submitted 30 days before the event. Reduction in headcount within 30 days of the event will not reduce the total invoice amount.
Details of time limits, overtime rate, intellectual property and all terms and conditions must be signed up and agreed to before each talk or programme takes place. If the event is cancelled due to an Act of God government restrictions or venue closure the event will be converted into a 12- month event credit not a cash refund.
Complaints
Our staff are there to be responsible for your comfort and enjoyment of the retreat. We pride ourselves on recruiting excellent staff to ensure you are satisfied with your retreat week. Of course there may be something that you are not happy about and if this is the case we ask you to speak with the Manager as soon as possible so we can correct and resolve the grievance. It is really important to us that we get the opportunity to fix the issue rather than you go home disappointed. Please bear in mind that any claims may be rejected if we are not given the opportunity to put matters right during your stay.
