The AILM + OAK Approach.
Evidence-Based. Structured. Personalised.

We start with clarity. Every retreat begins with a detailed health check — so your wellness journey is grounded in real data, not guesswork.

Three Pillars:

1. Medical Screening
Full health assessments including blood analysis, ECG, hormone testing, urinalysis, cardiac and fatigue profiling. All results are reviewed with you and sent to your GP.

2. Personalised Protocols
Nutrition, movement, and wellness plans built around your health data — supported by expert coaching.

3. Restorative Integration
Daily therapies like nature immersion, sauna & cold therapy, breathwork, journaling, and guided education to support real recovery and lasting change.

BOOK
As a team leader, company nurse, wellbeing coach, and mental health first aider, Claire consistently demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and genuine care for both colleagues and the wider workforce.
Claire’s trustworthiness and initiative are evident in her pivotal role in establishing our Health and Wellbeing Committee, where she has fostered a culture of support and engagement. Her contributions as a health and safety representative are marked by diligence and forward-thinking, notably in her involvement with the planning and delivery of CIF Safety Week. She coordinated impactful sessions with guest speakers such as Oisin Mc Convill, addressing addiction, and Ray Goggins, focusing on resilience.
In January 2023, Claire introduced Operation Transformation to the company, encouraging more than 100 employees to participate. She organised weekly walking groups and a variety of other activities to promote engagement and wellbeing among staff. Claire also made a point to check in with participants each week, providing support and motivation to help them stay on track and achieve their goals.
The end result of that programme was a total of 35 stone lost and over 80 inches lost off 35 leaders waists. They all reported feeling a lot better physically and on average their mental health improved from 3/10 to 8/10. We as a team and company raised over €50,000 for families in need. A lot of staff have continued their fitness journey & went onto complete Hell & Back, Dublin City Marathon and lots more.
She also ensures effective internal communications by compiling our quarterly employee newsletter, delivering relevant updates and fostering a sense of community.
In summary, Claire Kiernan is a trusted, proactive, and highly valued member of our team whose commitment to wellbeing, safety, and continuous improvement is exemplary. I recommend her without reservation for any role requiring leadership, compassion, and a steadfast dedication to workplace excellence.

Wellbeing isn’t a perk — it’s performance

On average, we spend one third of our adult lives at work. Stress, burnout and mental health challenges are now among the most common causes of reduced productivity and long-term absences.

AILM supports organisations who want measurable, meaningful wellbeing outcomes — not trends, fads or short-term fixes.
